Dr. Oh transitioned from bench research in DNA repair and telomere maintenance to bioinformatics science. She developed a novel approach for efficient public database searches and transfer learning during postdoctoral work. Her current focus includes creating harmonized omics databases and machine learning tools while working to lower barriers across disciplines.
